The streets get busier soon. STARZ confirms its crime series, “BMF,” starts its fourth season in June. Expect a mix of known and fresh actors joining the story. The new run kicks off Friday, June 6, with episodes landing weekly on the STARZ app and its online places each Friday. TV viewers can catch it Friday nights at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on the main STARZ channel in the United States and Canada.
Among those back for the new run is Myles Truitt, playing B-Mickie. The character was sent away after people thought he went against Meech and Terry. Now, he wants to earn back their trust. Music artist Saweetie also returns as Keeya, a person who once played college sports but now lives on the streets of St. Louis. Sydney Mitchell reprises her role as LaWanda, part of the Flenory family and a figure who helps raise Terry’s kids. Roberto Sanchez is also back as Loco, someone Meech and Terry deal with, and who they are with in Mexico while on the run.
New actors are coming aboard as well. Jordan Alexander joins in a recurring part as Purdy, a music artist Meech and Terry sign to start their first music company. Guest spots this season include Kofi Siriboe as Sheik Mooney Bey, who runs a religious group in St. Louis. Tyler Lepley plays Demarcus, a man who challenges Tee’s turf. Skai Jackson appears as Ashleigh, a fresh person who alters Meech’s path. Clifton Powell joins as Pastor Coleman, head of a large church in Atlanta. Rockmond Dunbar takes on the role of Cornell, a father fighting for his son’s future. Aketra Sevillian is Maria, a make-up artist who gets Meech’s attention. Karina Willis plays Aisha, welcomed into the Flenory family. Stacey Sargeant is Cecilia, a waitress who adds issues to Charles’ aims.
Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is an executive producer on “BMF” through his G-Unit film and television. Randy Huggins, the creator, who is from Detroit, also serves as an executive producer. Heather Zuhlke is the showrunner and an executive producer. Anthony Wilson, Damione Macedon, and Raphael Jackson, Jr are also executive producers on the series. “BMF” comes from Jackson’s G-Unit Film and Television and Lionsgate Television for STARZ.
