The Bold & Beautiful Monday November 25 Recap: “Ridge Discovers Hope & Carter’s Betrayal”

The Bold and the Beautiful Key Art

On Monday’s The Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke, never one to shy away from a good old-fashioned manipulation, managed to convince Ridge that Carter and Hope were not only engaging in illicit office romance, but also plotting a hostile takeover of Forrester Creations, using that lingerie mix-up as Exhibit A. You know, the one where Hope’s designs were mistakenly marketed as Brooke’s?

Ridge, initially skeptical of Carter’s warnings about Hope’s ambition, finally saw the light—or perhaps, the dimly lit office where Hope and Carter were getting cozy. The look on his face could curdle milk. One can only imagine the fireworks to come.

Meanwhile, in a slightly less dramatic but equally intriguing subplot, Electra Forrester bumped into Remy Pryce, an old friend who seems awfully keen on rekindling their connection, possibly of the romantic variety. Remy, full of big-city dreams, announced his intention to set up shop in Los Angeles, much to Electra’s apparent delight. But of course, no reunion on B&B is complete without a touch of suspicion, and Will Spencer, ever the protective boyfriend, immediately sensed trouble in paradise. His questions about Remy and Electra’s shared history suggest some trust issues lurking beneath the surface.

Back to the main event: Hope, apparently feeling a pang of guilt (or maybe just bored with the scheming), offered Carter a chance to back out of their little power play. But Carter, ever the loyal (and slightly delusional) partner, reassured her that their plan was foolproof and her happiness was guaranteed. Because nothing says “true love” like a joint LLC and a shared ambition to usurp your family’s business, right?

As for Electra, it seems she’s finally learning to trust again, according to her cousin Ivy. But with Remy’s arrival and Will’s jealousy already brewing, one has to wonder how long that newfound trust will last. It’s The Bold and the Beautiful, folks, where trust is as fragile as a chiffon scarf in a windstorm.
