Family drama and corporate clashes collide on Tuesday’s “The Bold and the Beautiful.” Hope Logan finds herself at odds with Carter Walton over a business deal gone sour, while Sheila Carter takes a surprising turn towards grandmotherhood.
Hope’s fury ignites when she learns of Carter’s plan to return the LLC to the Forresters. She sees this as a blatant betrayal, accusing him of siding with Steffy and undermining her fashion line, Hope for the Future. Hope, never one to back down from a fight, is sure to give Carter an earful, perhaps even pressuring him to reverse his decision before the ink dries on the legal paperwork. Adding fuel to the fire is Hope’s suspicion that life coach Daphne Rose is somehow behind Carter’s change of heart.
Meanwhile, Steffy Forrester, ever watchful of Carter’s allegiances – and ever eager to protect Forrester Creations – continues her campaign to push Hope out of the company. She sees Carter’s move with the LLC as a step in the right direction, but with Hope on the warpath, the corporate battle is far from over. In another corner of the Forrester mansion, Ridge and Eric wrestle with a revelation that could reshape the future of the company.
But perhaps the most unexpected twist comes from Sheila Carter. After discovering that young Luna is actually Finn’s daughter, Sheila does a complete 180. Forget the scheming and manipulation; Sheila is now embracing her grandmotherly instincts, envisioning a future where she, Luna, and Finn are a happy family. Whether this newfound affection is genuine or just another one of Sheila’s twisted plots remains to be seen. Either way, her alliance with Luna could create new problems for Steffy down the line.
“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays on CBS.
