Fox News has added another Gen Z voice to its roster, tapping Brett Cooper as its newest contributor. The former Daily Wire host made the announcement on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, not from a studio—but from the shoulder of a Texas highway.

The debut was supposed to be polished. Instead, viewers met Cooper via a shaky cell phone video after car trouble derailed her cross-country road trip just hours before her first scheduled appearance on The Will Cain Show. The breakdown didn’t delay the headline: Cooper is officially joining Fox News Media as a regular contributor across its platforms.

Cooper’s rise began with The Comments Section at The Daily Wire, a viral culture commentary show that ran from 2022 through 2024. She’s since launched The Brett Cooper Show, building a combined audience of more than nine million followers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X. Her blend of blunt commentary and Gen Z relatability has carved out a niche in the conservative media ecosystem.

Now based in Tennessee with her husband, Cooper brings a younger, digitally fluent presence to Fox’s traditional cable infrastructure. She’s expected to appear across multiple shows, including Cain’s daily 4 p.m. slot, which blends politics with pop culture and sports.

“I’ll see you guys on Fox tomorrow,” Cooper said in her highway-side dispatch, unfazed by the delay. “This is just the beginning.”

The addition of Cooper continues Fox News’ push to diversify its on-air voices with fresh, digitally native talent. With social reach driving audience growth, the network is clearly betting that Cooper’s Gen Z following will translate into cable relevance.
