“Bridgerton” Series 3 Won’t Premiere Until Next May on Netflix

Netflix and Shondaland have revealed that Bridgerton will return for a two-part season 3 in May and June 2024. The season will be divided into two 4-episode parts, with Part 1 premiering on May 16, 2024, and Part 2 on June 13, 2024. The season will focus on the budding romance between Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton, known as #Polin to fans.

The official date announcement video, featuring a voiceover by Lady Whistledown, incorporates fan tweets, social media comments, and TikTok videos to reveal the series’ return dates.

In season 3, Penelope Featherington has given up on her crush on Colin Bridgerton and is now focused on finding a husband who will allow her to maintain her double life as Lady Whistledown. However, her attempts to find a husband are unsuccessful. Meanwhile, Colin returns with a new look and seeks to mend his friendship with Penelope by offering to mentor her in building confidence to find a husband. However, this leads to a reevaluation of his feelings for Penelope.

Additionally, Penelope’s rift with Eloise and her efforts to keep her identity as Lady Whistledown a secret add further complications to the storyline. Part 1 of the season will premiere on May 16, 2024, followed by Part 2 on June 13, 2024, exclusively on Netflix.
