The fourth season of Netflix’s popular series “Bridgerton” has cast Yerin Ha as new series regular Sophie Baek. The show, known for its lavish sets and engaging storylines, will continue to explore the lives of the Bridgerton family and the high society of Regency-era London.
Sophie Baek, a new character, is a maid who has spent much of her life working for a demanding employer in the ton. Despite her circumstances, Sophie is a resourceful and resilient person, always finding ways to persevere. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she attends Violet Bridgerton’s masquerade ball in disguise and meets Benedict Bridgerton, the bohemian second son of the Bridgerton family.
Yerin Ha is best known for her roles in “Dune: Prophecy” and “Halo.”
The fourth season will comprise eight episodes, filmed in London, UK. Jess Brownell is the showrunner and executive producer, alongside Shonda Rhimes, Betsy Beers, Tom Verica, and Chris Van Dusen.
