The scenic route of Scotland’s North Coast 500, legendary for its breathtaking landscapes, takes centre stage once again in this episode.

The episode introduces us to Shona and Lewis, young entrepreneurs who have traded their corporate jobs for a unique food venture. They operate a takeaway truck, but with a twist—serving exquisite Highland produce, from fresh lobster to venison. Will their gamble pay off, securing their spot for the next season?

Meanwhile, at the Castle of Mey, once the holiday sanctuary of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, the team manages the influx of summer visitors. Ranger Michael patrols Wester Ross, ensuring visitors adhere to the rules and respect the pristine landscape. However, he soon encounters rule-breakers, leading to unexpected challenges.
