Channel 4 opens the doors to a world of luxury and extravagance with the return of “Britain’s Most Expensive Houses.” Season 3 kicks off this Wednesday, taking viewers inside some of the UK’s most remarkable properties, from sprawling country estates to sleek city penthouses.
In London, Josh Marks is working to sell an £80 million penthouse in the exclusive Knightsbridge neighborhood. Meanwhile, down in Cornwall, Ian Lillicrap markets a £4 million coastal home and a £1.85 million Californian-style retreat. And for those with a taste for the grand, Tim Phillips has Lynford Hall on his books, a 20-acre estate in Norfolk. Its price tag is undisclosed for now but expect it to reach over £10m.
