Prepare for a dose of architectural extravagance as “Building Britain’s Superhomes” returns. This week, luxury property developer Guy Phoenix is at it again, this time creating what he calls a “glass castle,” a multi-million-pound superhome that pushes the boundaries of opulence.
Located in rural Nottinghamshire, the project is a two-year endeavor filled with ambitious design choices and logistical hurdles. This episode follows Guy and his team as they battle winter weather to begin construction on a massive swimming pool annexe. The cameras also follow Guy as he visits another superhome project, where plans are underway to excavate a 5,000-square-foot basement, complete with a swimming pool and a bowling alley.
