Channel 4 takes viewers into the glamorous world of Monaco real estate with the premiere of “Building Monaco’s Superhomes.” The series follows luxury property developer Guy Phoenix as he embarks on his most ambitious – and riskiest – project to date: transforming a £16 million apartment into a superhome fit for royalty.
From the outset, Phoenix faces hurdles that would make most developers balk. Monaco, known for its exorbitant prices and stringent building regulations, presents a unique set of challenges. The lack of a parking space for the apartment isn’t exactly great either.
Undeterred, Phoenix views this project as a stepping stone toward his ultimate goal: constructing the world’s most expensive and luxurious house. But as the project progresses, the pressure mounts. The escalating costs and logistical nightmares threaten to derail his grand vision. The strain on Phoenix and his team becomes palpable as they race towards the finish line.
