The brand-new season of the Logie and AACTA-nominated Stan Original Series Bump will premiere this Christmas.
Four years after the events of season 2, Oly (Nathalie Morris) and Santi (Carlos Sanson Jr.) are dealing with co-parenting, new partners, Jacinda (Ava Cannon) starting school, and a separation that makes them realise how important family is.
Angie (Logie and AACTA Award-winning actress Claudia Karvan), Dom (Angus Sampson), and Bowie (Christian Byers) are all back with the Chalmers-Davis family, and they have all come to the realisation that life sometimes throws us curveballs that none of us were prepared for.
After two wildly successful seasons that enthralled viewers in Australia and around the world, Bump’s third season makes a significant creative and technological leap. The first season of Bump quickly became Stan’s biggest ever premiere.
The new season picks up nearly five years after the last one, as Jacinda is getting ready for her first day of school, and both the Chalmers/Davis and Hernandez families’ lives have undergone significant change.
The writing team for the series includes Kelsey Munro, Jessica Tuckwell, Nick Coyle, Dr. Fernanda Pealoza, Timothy Lee, and Jessica Redenbach. The show is co-created by Kelsey Munro and Claudia Karvan.
Kriv Stenders (Red Dog, The Pacific), Geoff Bennett (Wolf Creek, Love My Way), Margie Beattie (Bump S1 & S2), and Rebecca O’Brien are in charge of directing Season 3. (The Unlisted, The Gathering).
Fans’ favourites Vince (Ioane Sa’ula), Reema (Safia Arain), Rosa (Paula Garcia), and Bernadita (Claudia de Giusti) are also back for Season 3, and there are plenty of surprises and unexpected twists in store.
The brand-new season of Bump is the most recent work from Roadshow Rough Diamond and Stan’s ongoing collaboration, further establishing Stan as Australia’s preeminent source for original productions.
Bump has established itself as a success both nationally and internationally, thanks in large part to broadcast agreements with the CW Network (US), BBC (UK), HBO Max (Latin America), and CBC (Canada).
With significant production funding from Screen Australia and Screen NSW, Roadshow Rough Diamond is the producer of the Stan Original Series Bump. International sales management is done by ITV Studios.
Bump’s new season premieres on Boxing Day.
