At the Brevard Renaissance Fair, Cappe steps back in time to an era of knights and princesses. He feasts like royalty, trying a variety of dishes, including a giant turkey leg fit for a king. Moving to the present, Cappe joins the festivities at the Taste of Jaliscco Festival, a celebration of Mexican culture and traditions. He indulges in authentic Mexican cuisine and learns about the heritage of this vibrant community.
