Set your phasers to “excited,” Trekkies. Michelle Yeoh, star of the upcoming STAR TREK: SECTION 31 film, is scheduled to appear on CBS Mornings on Thursday, January 23, 2025. One can only hope she’ll share some juicy details about the film, beyond the usual carefully crafted PR talking points.
Will Yeoh offer insights into the challenges of portraying a Starfleet officer? Or perhaps she’ll reveal some behind-the-scenes secrets from the set? The possibilities are as vast as the Star Trek universe itself.
In other news, singer-songwriter Robbie Williams will be interviewed by featured host Vlad Duthiers, presumably to discuss intriguing new movie “Better Man” which is the story of his life but he is played by a CGI monkey (I’m not kidding either). And for sports enthusiasts, CBS sports commentator Jim Nantz will also be making an appearance. It’s a veritable potpourri of personalities, all crammed into a two-hour morning show.
CBS Mornings, hosted by Gayle King, Tony Dokoupil, and Nate Burleson, airs weekdays from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM on CBS.
