CBS Mornings is shaping up for a week that blends the glitz of Hollywood with weighty discussions, offering viewers a diverse lineup of guests from the worlds of music, film, literature, and beyond.

The week kicks off with a dose of awards season buzz as Mindy Kaling and Morris Chestnut unveil the nominees for the 82nd Annual Golden Globes on Monday, December 9. Will your favorites make the cut? Tune in to find out.

CBS Mornings is serving up a sonic feast with appearances from several chart-topping artists. Billie Eilish graces the studio on Tuesday, December 10, followed by the pop powerhouse Dua Lipa on Thursday, December 12. Lipa will also tease her upcoming CBS special, “An Evening With Dua Lipa,” offering fans a glimpse of what to expect. Rounding out the week’s musical offerings, the legendary Bonnie Raitt will bring her distinctive blend of blues and rock to the morning on Friday, December 13.

Beyond the music, a parade of actors will drop by to discuss their current projects. Patrick Gibson and Christian Slater, stars of “Dexter: Original Sin,” will likely share insights into this new spin on the classic series. Billy Crystal, known for his comedic brilliance, will discuss his role in Apple TV+’s scary thriller “Before.” Linda Cardellini, starring in both “No Good Deed” and “Nutcrackers,” will make an appearance, offering a double dose of on-screen talent. Finally, John Magaro, appearing alongside Geoffrey Mason, will join the show Friday to discuss the poignant film “September 5.”

But it’s not all showbiz glitz. CBS Mornings is also dedicating time to serious conversations. Bryan Stevenson, author and Executive Director of the Equal Justice Initiative, will appear on Wednesday, December 11, to discuss his crucial work in criminal justice reform and social justice advocacy. Adding to the cultural mix, Kennedy Center Honoree Arturo Sandoval will bring his trumpet mastery to the studio on Thursday, December 12. Wednesday also sees the appearance of composer and singer-songwriter Emily Bear.
