It’s exciting episode of CBS Mornings on Monday, May 6, as co-host Gayle King sits down with an impressive lineup of guests, including Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, actor and author Tom Selleck, and comedian and actor Cedric the Entertainer.

Gayle King will be in conversation with the renowned Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton. Hamilton, a seven-time world champion, is known for his incredible talent on the track and his advocacy for diversity and inclusion in the sport.

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem will join Gayle King to discuss her new book, No Going Back: The Truth on What’s Wrong with Politics and How We Move America Forward. Noem, a potential running mate for former President Donald Trump, has faced controversy over her book, in which she recounts shooting a family dog and a goat. She has defended her actions, stating that it was a tough decision but one that needed to be made.

Legendary actor and author Tom Selleck will be on the show to discuss his new memoir, You Never Know: A Memoir. Selleck, known for his iconic roles in Magnum, P.I. and Friends, will offer a candid look into his life, including his rise to stardom, his friendships with A-listers, and his decision to walk away from certain roles.

Cedric the Entertainer will join the show to discuss his role in the hit CBS sitcom The Neighborhood. The series, now in its sixth season, follows a friendly Midwesterner who moves his family to a predominantly African American neighborhood in Pasadena, California. Cedric plays the main character, Calvin Butler, a local homeowner and auto repair shop owner.
