CBS Mornings is back on Friday morning with co-host Tony Dokoupil, who anchors live from the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.
First up are Paige DeSorbo and Hannah Berner, co-hosts of the popular “Giggly Squad” podcast. DeSorbo is a model, journalist, and television personality, best known as a cast member on the Bravo reality series “Summer House” and its spin-off, “Winter House”. She has also appeared in television adverts, Teen Vogue, and on book covers. Berner is a rising comedian, named one of Variety’s “Top 10 Comics to Watch” in 2023. She recently completed a sold-out solo stand-up tour across North America and Europe and will soon embark on a “Club Giggly” national tour with DeSorbo.
Later in the show, Anthony talks with Neil Finn and Nick Seymour of the rock band Crowded House. The band, formed in Melbourne, Australia, in 1985, has sold over 15 million albums worldwide and was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2016. Their most recent album, “Gravity Stairs”, was released in 2024.
