CBS’s new fall lineup is showing early signs of strength across multiple viewing platforms. The Kathy Bates-led legal drama Matlock has garnered an impressive 22.8 million viewers within a month of its premiere, including two encore airings. The initial 30-day viewership, excluding encores, reached 15.8 million.

The premiere of Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage drew 10.6 million multiplatform viewers in its first week, exceeding the final season premiere of Young Sheldon. Season two premieres also performed well. Tracker pulled in 15.7 million viewers in its first week, a 25% increase compared to its time-period premiere last season. Elsbeth saw a 19% increase from its debut last season, reaching nearly 10 million viewers in its first week.

CBS also reported significant streaming gains on Paramount+ and CBS TVE. Matlock achieved the network’s second-highest seven-day average minute audience (AMA) for a new series, trailing only last season’s Tracker. Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage saw a 72% increase in streaming AMA compared to the Young Sheldon premiere.

Tracker experienced a 3% year-over-year AMA increase, while Elsbeth saw a 34% jump. NCIS: Origins and Poppa’s House also demonstrated substantial streaming growth, with increases of 53% and 169%, respectively, compared to the prior year’s premieres in their respective time slots.
