Celebrity Crime Files looks into the dark world of the Drug Rich Gang, a notorious organization based in DeKalb County, Atlanta. This gang is unique in that it comprises members from three prominent gangs: the Bloods, Crips, and Gangster Disciples. With roots tracing back to 2016, the Drug Rich Gang has left a trail of crimes in its wake, including violent home invasions and brazen robberies targeting local celebrities.
The gang’s founder, Atlanta-based rapper Dalemonte Stilley, incorporated distinct symbolism into his songs, such as prescription bottles, money symbols, and the letters “RX.” This branding extended to jewellery, clothing, and tattoos, becoming a signature of the gang and its members. The gang’s activities, however, are far from glamorous, as they have been indicted on a range of charges, including RICO violations, murder, home invasion, kidnapping, and terroristic threats.
Among their targets were celebrities who openly displayed their wealth on social media, such as Mariah Carey, Calvin Ridley, Brad Guzen, Marlo Hampton, and Brittni Mealy. In May 2024, Fulton County DA Fani Willis announced the indictment of 26 alleged members of the Drug Rich Gang, bringing their crimes to light.
