From the boardroom to the barnyard. Tim Campbell, the man who once conquered “The Apprentice,” now sets his sights on a slightly less cutthroat conquest: finding a bucolic escape in the countryside. This Friday, the season finale of “Celebrity Escape to the Country” sees Campbell, along with his wife Jas, trading the relentless hustle of London for the (presumably) calmer pastures of rural Essex.
For the first time, the couple is venturing beyond the city limits in search of a home that offers more than just a demanding commute and overpriced coffee. Assisting them in this noble quest is none other than Sonali Shah, who, let’s be frank, has the patience of a saint. She’ll need it.
While Jas likely has visions of rolling hills and charming village pubs, Tim, ever the entrepreneur, will probably be calculating square footage and potential home office space. But fear not, fans of rural tranquility, even this hard-nosed businessman gets to enjoy a bit of downtime, swapping sales pitches for sail power in a picturesque, if slightly contrived, boating excursion.
