Quiz show PopMaster, a staple of BBC Radio 2’s The Ken Bruce Show, makes its return to television with Celebrity PopMaster TV. Airing on Channel 4, the season premiere presents a fun-filled musical showdown, as famous faces put their music knowledge to the test.
In the first celebrity special, singer Toyah Willcox, actor and rapper Richard Blackwood, actor Sally Lindsay, radio DJ and presenter MistaJam, and Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt face off in a battle of musical trivia. With a mix of questions spanning decades of music, from the 1950s to the present day, these celebrities will need to recall facts and stats about their favourite chart-toppers and more.
Hosted by the inimitable Ken Bruce, Celebrity PopMaster TV will see these stars compete to be crowned the ultimate music buff. Will they be able to name that tune? Find out as they put their musical prowess on display.
