In the fourth episode of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins for Stand Up to Cancer, the remaining 11 recruits face intense challenges that push them to their limits.
They begin with a daunting task: escaping from a simulated helicopter crash into near-freezing water. This test of courage and composure is designed to mirror the harrowing situations faced by special forces operatives.
