The renovation rollercoaster continues on “Chateau DIY,” as British chateau owners in France tackle a new set of challenges. From grand stairwells to essential plumbing, Tuesday’s episode offers a mix of cosmetic upgrades and critical structural work.
At Château La Grande Maison, Ben and Billie are under pressure to transform their rather dreary stairwell and entrance hallway. With the chateau fully booked in just 15 days, they’re working against the clock to create a welcoming first impression for their guests. Meanwhile, in Brittany, Donna and Paul embark on a major project: removing two silos and installing the building’s first-ever boiler. It’s a messy and complex undertaking that could make or break their renovation plans.
And at Château Trois Cloches, Chris and Jolyon continue to work on their nautical-themed dining room, a design choice that’s proving to be more challenging than they initially anticipated. Narrated by Adjoa Andoh, “Chateau DIY” airs weekdays at 5:00 PM on Channel 4.
