FYI’s The Chef’s Garden returns for it’s second episode of the evening with London-based chef Jason Howard taking a first-time trip to Farmer Lee Jones’s Ohio farm in “Squash with Jason Howard.” Airing Monday, February 3, 2025, at 10:30 PM, the fourth episode of this freshman series sees Howard immersed in the world of squash. Presumably, he’s not there for a game of racquetball but rather to explore the culinary possibilities of this versatile vegetable. Alongside Farmer Lee Jones, Howard will take a look at the myriad varieties of squash, from the familiar butternut and acorn to perhaps some more exotic types.
The episode aims to further the series’ emphasis on the farm-to-table philosophy, highlighting the importance of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
