Acorn TV’s “The Chelsea Detective” closes out its third season with a case that reaches far beyond the fashionable streets of London. When Archie Draper is found dead in the trunk of a stolen car, the initial assumption points to a simple robbery gone wrong. But Arnold and Shamsie quickly uncover a far more complicated story. Draper’s work, presented at a recent British Geographical Society conference, appears to be the key, leading the detectives into a world of academic rivalries, corporate espionage, and a conspiracy that reaches the highest levels.
