Chicago P.D.: Seen and Unseen (NBC, Wednesday, March 26, 2025)

Chicago P.D. Key Art

This Wednesday’s “Chicago P.D.” puts Officer Kim Burgess front and center in a particularly harrowing episode. “Seen and Unseen” finds Burgess at her local diner when a deadly incident takes place, leaving her not only a witness but a key player in the subsequent investigation.

The Intelligence Unit, led by Sergeant Hank Voight, must piece together the events of that fateful night, and Burgess’s memory, or lack thereof, becomes crucial. The episode looks to explore the effects of trauma, the fragility of memory, and the pressure of recalling critical details in the pursuit of justice. Has the trauma affected Burgess’s memory?

“Chicago P.D.” has always excelled at blending police procedural with character-driven drama, and “Seen and Unseen” looks like it will deliver another emotionally charged installment. Tune in to NBC this Wednesday, March 26th at 10:00 PM ET/PT.
