The Christmas Cookie Challenge chugs into a new episode, “Christmas On the Go,” with a holiday theme that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. This week, hosts Ree Drummond and Eddie Jackson crank up the competition, challenging four talented cookie artists to create edible masterpieces fit for Santa’s express lane.

First, the bakers face the daunting task of constructing cookie billboards. The goal? To market holiday goodies with enough sugary allure to entice even the most Scrooge-like viewer. One baker will be left by the roadside, while the victor secures a crucial advantage heading into the next round.

The remaining three contestants then shift gears, trading billboards for boxcars in a challenge inspired by the beloved holiday film, The Polar Express. They’ll craft edible trains, tasked with transporting (and presumably not eating) a cargo of scrumptious Christmas cookies. With $10,000 and the coveted Golden Ornament on the line, the pressure is on to deliver a first-class confectionery creation. Will their cookie locomotives stay on track, or will they crumble under the weight of expectation?
