Thony De La Rosa, the resourceful cleaning lady turned unlikely criminal operative, continues to walk a tightrope in the fourth season of FOX’s “The Cleaning Lady.” This Tuesday’s episode, “Le Medecin,” finds her deeper than ever into the world of the cartel, facing a moral crisis that threatens to shatter her carefully constructed façade.
Having accepted a new position within the organization, Thony struggles to balance her responsibilities as a “good employee” with her conscience. The lines blur as she swims in the murky waters of organized crime, forced to make choices that test her ethical limits.
Meanwhile, Fiona, Thony’s sister-in-law, faces her own set of challenges. A particularly difficult client tests her patience and resourcefulness, while she also helps Chris reconnect with an old friend. And Jorge, Thony’s husband, continues to pursue his dream of legitimacy, but he encounters obstacles that lead him to seek help from Ramona.
