Clive Myrie embarks on a journey to the western tip of Jamaica, a place steeped in family history as it was his parents’ homeland. He meets long-lost cousins and immediately immerses himself in preparing a traditional Jamaican dish, curry goat, for a heartwarming family reunion. Myrie also explores unique aspects of Jamaican culture, including honey harvesting and island pottery. Additionally, he visits his mother’s former primary school, where she taught before emigrating to Britain in 1962, in an emotional trip down memory lane.
