Hallmark’s latest holiday offering, “Confessions of a Christmas Letter,” stars Angela Kinsey and Alec Santos in a story of family, community, and the inevitable heartwarming shenanigans that ensue when a small town gets into the festive spirit. Kinsey plays Settie Rose, determined to win her town’s annual holiday letter-writing contest. When her own writing falls short, she turns to struggling novelist Juan (Santos), hoping he can pen the perfect letter to capture the spirit of the season.

Naturally, their collaboration sparks some unexpected romantic sparks. But a twist of mistaken identity throws everything into disarray when the town becomes convinced that Juan is engaged to Settie’s daughter, Lily (Lillian Doucet-Roche). The family decides to play along with the charade, leading to a series of comical and heartwarming moments as they navigate the ensuing chaos.
