ALLBLK has a new thriller on the docket. It’s called Conspirators, it comes from the Double Cross team, and it involves a web of secrets dense enough to make even the most jaded political cynic raise an eyebrow. Or perhaps just roll their eyes, depending on their tolerance for mayoral scandals.
This isn’t your typical high school reunion story. Seven years out of those hallowed halls, a group of friends find their paths intertwining again, not for reminiscing and awkward small talk, but because of a mystery that’s taken root in their town’s political landscape. A local politician’s campaign becomes ground zero for a maelstrom of suspicion, and these friends find themselves smack-dab in the middle.
When a friend is shot and subsequently vanishes, the stakes become crystal clear. At the center of this mess is Hudson, the politician in question. Our reunited crew has a choice: become Hudson’s unwitting accomplices or expose him and risk, well, everything. A flash drive containing fragmented information only muddies the waters, forcing them to sift through fact and fiction. The truth, as it often does, appears to be somewhere in the murky in-between.
Conspirators aims to deliver eight episodes of suspense, airing weekly on ALLBLK. The cast includes Chase X Drewery, CJ Obilom, Keith Robinson, Kelsey Delemar, Kyrel Jaundoo, and Simeon Daise.
