On Monday night, Discovery Channel presents a double feature of its Contraband series, with back-to-back new episodes of Seized at the Border and Seized at Sea.
Kicking off the night at 8:00 PM is Seized at the Border, which takes viewers inside the world of border security and the fight against illegal trafficking. In ‘The Lowest Load’, random inspections of travelers lead to unexpected discoveries and the disruption of cartel operations. A young woman crossing from northern Mexico becomes an unwitting participant in illegal activities, and a man is detained for an outstanding warrant, unaware of his legal troubles.
Continuing the Contraband theme at 9:00 PM is Seized at Sea, which focuses on the crucial work of maritime law enforcement. In ‘Flock of Eagles’, recreational anglers fishing off the Florida coast make a surprising find—a large package floating in the water. Border Patrol agents are called in to investigate. Meanwhile, a tip-off about a shipping container of Colombian sugar raises suspicions that there may be more than meets the eye.
Contraband: Seized at the Border ‘The Lowest Load’ and Seized at Sea ‘Flock of Eagles’ air Monday, September 9, 2024, at 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, respectively, on Discovery Channel.
