There is a fresh season of The Cook Up with Adam Liaw, returning to SBS Food and SBS On Demand on Monday, March 17th. The show will air new episodes every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 7 p.m. Expect a mix of easy weeknight meals and more elaborate dishes.

Here’s the Lowdown: Host Adam Liaw will be joined by famous faces from entertainment, food, and sports. Confirmed guests include singer Guy Sebastian, comedian Kitty Flanagan, and Olympic swimmer Ariane Titmus. Each episode features guests sharing personal recipes, cooking tips, and stories.

What This Means Now: The Cook Up is a proven hit, with over 12 million viewers. This eighth season builds on that success, with over 250 new recipes and new themes like, “living on the veg”, and “sustainable feasts”.
