Adam Liaw’s “The Cook Up” returns to SBS Food this Tuesday, and it’s taking on a culinary staple that’s both humble and surprisingly versatile: toast. In “On Toast,” Liaw welcomes comedy icon Jean Kittson and cookbook author Ella Mittas to the kitchen for a lighthearted exploration of everyone’s favorite bread-based canvas.
While the ingredient list might seem simple, the possibilities are of course endless. With Kittson bringing her signature wit and Mittas offering her culinary expertise, expect a mix of quick, easy recipes and more elaborate creations.
