Court Cam, the documentary series that provides an in-depth examination of stunning and emotional courtroom moments, presents a double bill of special episodes on A&E on Wednesday evening.
The first episode, “Top Five: Outrageous Moments 3,” includes a defendant who virtually checks into court from her shower, a man who eats evidence related to a case, and an individual who acts like a courtroom preacher. The episode also features additional footage of various courtrooms across the United States.
In the second episode, “Top Five: Sovereign Citizens,” the focus is on individuals who identify as sovereign citizens and their unique interactions with the legal system. Sovereign citizens believe that most laws in the United States do not apply to them, which often leads to interesting and challenging situations in court.
