Also on Sept. 30, Sean Stiller’s acclaimed documentary RETURNING HOME debuts on Crave. The film follows Phyllis Webstad, the founder of Orange Shirt Day, on a nationwide educational tour, while her family struggles to heal multigenerational wounds at home in Secwépemc territory.

 SEPTEMBER 30 – RAMY *Season 3 Premiere*

The Emmy and Peabody Award-winning series RAMY returns for its third season, and continues to follow first-generation, Egyptian-American Ramy Hassan (Youssef), and his family as they navigate spirituality in their politically divided New Jersey neighbourhood. RAMY also continues to bring new perspective to the screen as it explores the challenges of what it’s like to be caught between a religious community who believes life is a moral test, and a millennial generation that doubts an afterlife even exists. The series also stars Laith Nakli, Hiam Abbass, Amr Waked, Bella Hadid, and Dave Merheje, whose Crave Original stand-up comedy special, DAVE MERHEJE: I LOVE YOU HABIBI, is available for streaming now. All 10 episodes of RAMY Season 3 drop on STARZ on Friday, Sept. 30.

SEPTEMBER 30 – Crave Original Stand Up Special CHRIS LOCKE: CAPTAIN BONES *Special Premiere*

In Crave’s sixth installment of new original stand-up specials, Chris Locke brings his personal brand of offbeat humour in his all-new 30-minute special, CHRIS LOCKE: CAPTAIN BONES. Taped in Montreal during the 2021 Just For Laughs Festival, Locke delivers hilarious takes on everything from chip flavours and sausage rolls, to kids’ brains and vasectomies.

SEPTEMBER 30 – DARK SIDE OF THE 90s *Season 2*

Narrated by Sugar Ray lead singer Mark McGrath, DARK SIDE OF THE 90s reveals the soul of the decade through the pop culture moments, trends, and people that captivated audiences. From the famous to the infamous, each episode tells a story that cultivates the warm and fuzzy familiarity of nostalgia, but surprises with revelations of the dark truths that existed in the shadows of the glitz, the glamour, and the headlines. The 10-episode season examines some of the decade’s most infamous moments, including the rise of tabloid TV; COPS; the case of Mary Jo, Joey Buttafuoco, and Amy Fisher; THE REAL WORLD; MMA; and UFC.

Directed by Kathryn Ferguson (Taking the Waters, Space to Be), NOTHING COMPARES charts Sinéad OʼConnorʼs phenomenal rise to worldwide fame, and examines how she used her voice at the height of her stardom, before her iconoclastic personality led to her exile from the pop mainstream.

Through new interviews with palace insiders, journalists, members of Andrew’s social circle, and the legal team that brought the allegations to light, the documentary takes a deep dive into the world of privilege, jealousy, desire, and greed that pushed Andrew, first, into the orbit of notorious sex offenders Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, and then into a sordid sex trafficking scandal that threatens to bring down the House of Windsor.
