Dog lovers, rejoice! The world’s greatest dog show, Crufts, returns to Channel 4 this Thursday, broadcasting live from the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham. With Clare Balding at the helm, expect a day packed with canine competition, heartwarming stories, and, of course, plenty of adorable pups.
The action kicks off with the high-energy Flyball heats, a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Reporter Radzi Chinyanganya will be on hand to guide viewers through the furry frenzy, while commentators Jim Rosenthal and Graham Partridge provide their expert analysis.
But “Crufts” isn’t just about competition. Ed Jackson and special guest Ellie Simmonds will present features and interviews that go beyond the show ring, exploring the special bond between humans and their four-legged friends and covering all sorts of doggy-related topics. So whether you’re a seasoned dog show aficionado or simply appreciate a good dog, “Crufts” offers something for everyone. The competition has been running since 1891 and this year’s show looks to be as good as any.
Tune in to Channel 4 at 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 6th for the start of the canine extravaganza.
