The first of two brand-new episodes of “Customer Wars” is heading your way this Tuesday night on A&E. The episode, titled “Convenience Store Chaos,” looks set to bring some wild and unpredictable moments to your screen, highlighting the always unpredictable nature of customer-service interactions.
In this action-packed episode, there a variety of heated disputes and unusual situations. The episode opens with a tense confrontation between a customer and a convenience store clerk, which quickly escalates into a full-blown physical altercation.
Elsewhere, we observe a unique scenario as two siblings take their rivalry to the extreme, engaging in a physical fight while on a whitewater raft.
As the episode continues, a karaoke host who is usually unflappable but becomes flustered and agitated by a patron’s enthusiastic and aggressive singing style. Will the patron’s passion be mistaken for aggression? The episode also takes us to a car mechanic shop, where we see a pair of mechanics step away from their usual duties to take a customer’s car out for a spin, leading to some interesting and potentially dangerous moments.
