This episode of Customer Wars bounces from Honolulu to Philadelphia to Thailand, offering up a smorgasbord of screaming matches, petty theft, and, yes, even a touch of heartwarming heroism.
We’ve got a resort guest in Honolulu going ballistic on some performers, a convenience store lock-in with suspected shoplifters in Philly, and three friends getting booted from a rideshare after their argument turns physical. Standard Customer Wars fare, right? But then we’ve got grandma in Chonburi, Thailand, saving an electrician from electrocution. I mean, come on, that’s gotta be worth the price of admission, right?
Customer Wars lives for these outlandish conflicts. They show extreme situations so we can all sit back and judge from the comfort of our couches. But sometimes, between the tantrums and the ridiculous demands, there’s a reminder of ordinary courage. So, thank you, grandma in Thailand, for giving us a break from the usual chaos.
Though, speaking of chaos, a large hailstorm is throwing a wrench in an open-air concert in Colorado, so there is still plenty of pandemonium on offer. The struggle is real, folks, whether you’re dealing with entitled tourists or the unpredictable fury of Mother Nature.
Customer Wars airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on A&E.
