More retail mayhem courtesy of “Customer Wars.” This week’s episode, “The Naughty List,” features a phone card return gone wrong, a console-related brawl between two women, and a Key West vacation potentially cut short by a customer service dispute.
Will we see shouting, threats, or perhaps even some property damage? I’m bracing myself for the worst, but I’m also hoping for a few moments of unintentional comedy. These shows often highlight the absurdity of human behavior under pressure, and I’m expecting “The Naughty List” to be no different.
