An all-new episode of Customer Wars is set to air on A&E on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The episode, titled “Retail Rampage,” delivers a range of unexpected customer-employee encounters.
In this episode, viewers will witness a variety of incidents, including an unsatisfactory meal at a sandwich shop in Hemet, California, leading to a confrontation; an alleged bag-snatching incident on a bus in Chile with serious consequences; and a drugstore security guard in Las Vegas, Nevada, who resorts to using pepper spray.
The episode also features an unauthorized yacht trip in Sarasota, Florida, that results in chaos at a marina, and a thrilling but dangerous monster truck rally in Marion, Ohio, where a safety worker finds themselves in harm’s way.
“Retail Rampage” continues the series’ exploration of the challenges faced by employees in the service industry, particularly in the context of supply chain shortages and rising prices.
