Customer Wars: Runaway at the Rodeo (A&E, Tuesday, March 11, 2025)

Customer Wars Key Art

Just when you thought you’d seen it all on “Customer Wars,” A&E ups the ante with “Runaway at the Rodeo.” This Tuesday’s episode features more of the unpredictable and often unbelievable conflicts that arise in customer service settings, from expired juice rants to runaway bulls.

This time, the show features an employee recounting a particularly tense customer confrontation, a football player’s argument that goes offsides, a customer demanding a refund for allegedly outdated juice, and full-blown rodeo chaos when a bull makes a break for freedom.

While “Customer Wars” highlights the absurdity of these situations, it also offers a look at the human side of customer service, from the pressures faced by employees to the sometimes irrational behavior of customers. It’s a series that finds humor in the mundane, while also reminding us that sometimes, the customer isn’t always right.
