Customer Wars returns with another action-packed episode, “Shift Showdown,” airing on A&E on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.
In Reno, Nevada, a convenience store becomes the backdrop for a dispute between two employees during a shift change. Tempers flare, and a simple handover turns into a heated argument.
Meanwhile, in Santa Monica, California, a security guard finds himself in a precarious situation, under siege and in need of assistance. Thankfully, brave bystanders step in to try and defuse the tense atmosphere.
The episode also takes us to Eatontown, New Jersey, where a rideshare trip is abruptly cut short. It seems that the passengers have pushed their driver too far, leading to an early end to their journey.
Moving up the west coast, we find ourselves in Seattle, Washington, where a blind man and his service dog are at the center of an unjust situation. An employee of a restaurant questions the man’s disability and takes it upon himself to eject them from the premises.
Lastly, we travel to Naucalpan, Mexico, where an attempted armed robbery on a bus takes an unexpected turn. Courageous passengers refuse to be victims and take matters into their hands, stepping up to thwart the robbery attempt.
