The ballroom is booked. Seven Network has locked in a June 15 premiere for the 2025 season of Dancing With The Stars Australia, bringing back a dozen new celebrities—and a well-oiled production machine—to battle it out for the Mirror Ball Trophy.
Produced by BBC Studios Australia and New Zealand, the new season returns to Sunday nights at 7:00 PM on Seven and 7plus. Hosts Sonia Kruger and Dr. Chris Brown are back on deck, with the judging bench once again filled by Craig Revel Horwood, Helen Richey, Sharna Burgess, and Mark Wilson.
As always, the cast skews wide: Olympic champions, screen talent, stand-up comics, breakfast TV personalities, and radio fixtures all on board—each dancing in support of their chosen charity. The mix is aimed at broad audience appeal, with enough competition heat and reality polish to anchor Sunday primetime for Seven across multiple demos.
This year’s edition sticks to the winning formula: big personalities, tighter choreography, and all the ballroom sizzle fans expect. Behind the scenes, the format remains one of the most bankable in the Dancing With The Stars franchise stable, and a proven asset for Seven’s entertainment slate.
