Deadly Case Files

Monday night’s episode of Deadly Case Files focuses on Detective Rod Emery’s investigation of the murder of Roshenna Crowder.

Her boyfriend, Donald Brown, also known as “Scrap,” was also shot multiple times but survived. The couple’s peaceful night was shattered when at least three armed men forcibly entered their home, resulting in a tragic and brutal attack.

The incident unfolded in the 6100 block of Fairfield Avenue, Shreveport, shortly after 9 p.m. on a Saturday. Crowder and Brown were believed to have been victims of a violent home invasion and robbery. The perpetrators’ forceful entry and use of firearms resulted in Crowder’s untimely death and left Brown fighting for his life at LSU Hospital.
