College track star Elysium fins life taking a dark turn after a traumatic event. Following the death of her father in an attempted assault, Elysium’s Aunt Kendra moves into the family house to support her niece. Concerned about Elysium’s mental health, Kendra urges her to seek therapy, but Elysium resists, hiding a growing fixation on her married neighbor, Rio.
Elysium becomes increasingly obsessed with Rio and inserts herself into his life. She babysits his son and works for free at the gym he owns with his wife, Tori. Elysium’s fixation intensifies, and after a drunken night, she seduces Rio, who soon regrets his decision.
