“Deep Water Salvage” Season 3 Premiere June 11 on The Weather Channel
The third season premiere of DEEP WATER SALVAGE, a hit docuseries on the Weather Channel, will air on Sunday, June 11 at 8PM ET. On Sunday, June 4 from 2 PM to 7 PM ET and Sunday, June 11 from 3 PM to 8 PM ET, the network will air a binge-worthy marathon of season 2 of DEEP WATER SALVAGE in anticipation of the upcoming season 3 premiere.
What’s in store in season three
DEEP WATER SALVAGE is back and this time showcasing even more challenging rescues in even more extreme environments with even higher stakes. The third season continues to follow crews as they undertake high-pressure missions to salvage ships in danger from extreme weather and repair marine infrastructure in locations ranging from the Gulf of Mexico to the shores of Spain. New high-stakes adventures await the crews, such as helping local authorities recover a submerged vehicle thought to contain a body, or carefully towing a shipwrecked vessel near sacred burial grounds while avoiding the wrath of locals, both natural and supernatural. After a catastrophic oil spill, crews develop a new method of oil recovery to safeguard the marine environment.
Sea Tow, an on-water assistance company, helps fund each episode. Because Sea Tow crews are featured as salvors in each episode, they are an integral part of the DEEP WATER SALVAGE production team. In honor of the third season of DEEP WATER SALVAGE, the network and Sea Tow are expanding their collaboration to bring viewers a premium experience tailored to the needs of marine industry professionals and boating enthusiasts. On May 12th, the network debuted its first boating forecast of the summer, providing mariners with an in-depth report on the offshore climate. In addition, starting premiere week, the network will air original boating safety programs.
Where to watch
New DEEP WATER SALVAGE season 3 episodes air every Sunday @ 8PM ET on The Weather Channel television network, as well as the network’s CTV streaming app, available on Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Roku, Samsung, Vizio, and Xfinity Flex.
