Judges Melissa Leong and Amaury Guichon will critique the creations of these talented individuals, promising a delectable season.

– Christy Tania: Originally from Indonesia, Christy launched GLACÉ, artisanal dessert stores across Melbourne, and has worked at iconic establishments like The Ritz Hotel in Paris.
– Emelia Jackson: MasterChef Australia winner and cookbook author, known for her creative and innovative desserts.
– Dan Pasquali: One of Australia’s most creative bakers, known for his outrageously glittery cakes and joyful personality.
– Darren Purchese: One of Australia’s most sought-after pastry chefs, known for his exquisite and extravagant sweet creations.
– Donato Toce: Gelato Messina’s Chief Creative Chef, who has established himself as a creative force in the gelato industry.
– Jana Lai: A Melbourne-born pastry chef, trained in Paris, who now instructs at Ecole Bellouet Conseil.
– John Demetrios: A well-travelled pastry chef who has worked in renowned kitchens like Pierre Koffmann in London and Magnus Ek’s Oaxen Krog in Sweden.
– Katherine Sabbath: A former teacher turned cake creative, with 475,000 Instagram followers, known for her unique and imaginative cakes.
– Reece Hignell: A MasterChef Australia fan favourite, now a successful business owner with multiple ventures, including Cakeboi and Acacia Dining.
