The road trip on NBC’s Destination X takes a sharp turn this Tuesday, June 17 at 10:00 PM ET, as new arrivals and a critical test of loyalty look to upend the competition. In the fourth episode, titled “Let the Deceit Begin,” the game of geographic guesswork gets a jolt with the introduction of two new contestants, Peter and JaNa, whose presence immediately disrupts the established group.
The competition, which challenges players to pinpoint their mystery location while on a journey across the country, has so far been a game of misdirection and deduction. This week, the social strategy becomes just as important as geographical knowledge. The show puts one player in a difficult spot, but the main event centers on Biggy, who was previously voted the most trustworthy by his peers. A twist forces him into a classic game theory dilemma: betray a key member of his alliance or face elimination himself.
Each week, the player who places their ‘X’ on the map furthest from the group’s actual location is sent home.
