This week’s culinary road trip takes us from a farm-to-table spot in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to the heart of Florida. In Baton Rouge, Guy’s diving into a Cuban sandwich that’s anything but ordinary. Then, it’s on to Gainesville, Florida, where a local bakery is mixing it up with both savory and sweet treats. Prepare to drool over their chocolate cake and the surprising artichoke croissant. And the Sunshine State tour doesn’t stop there. Guy makes a pit stop in Tallahassee to sample a unique take on soul food. Think seafood bowls and oxtail nachos, and yes, pineapples feature prominently.
