Rev up your engines and loosen your belts – Guy Fieri’s hitting the road again for another flavor-packed installment of “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.” This Friday’s episode, “Southeast Standouts,” takes viewers on a tasty tour through Louisiana, Florida, and Georgia, with Guy behind the wheel and a whole lot of deliciousness on the horizon.
First stop: Port Allen, Louisiana, where a pair of brothers dish out Cajun classics that’ll make you slap yo’ mama (in a good way, of course). Think baked potatoes piled high with crawfish étouffée and shrimp, and brisket po’boys so big they need their own zip code.
Next, it’s off to Gainesville, Florida, for some gourmet grub that’ll make you forget all about chain restaurants. Guy samples scrumptious shrimp rolls and stellar tagliatelle with a touch of tarragon and truffle.
